SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
There are 3 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.
1) Collect from any one of our stores: – customers are able to collect at any of our stores – no charge. You can view all our store locations here.
2) Delivery:– R90 countrywide delivery *excludes ultra outlying areas.
3) International deliveries:– Botswana, Namibia & Swaziland R 1700.00 . Other countries, please contact us for a quote.
Total average delivery time expected can be between 7-14 working days from process to delivery. Orders are usually processed within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, based on South African Standard Time (UTC +2 hours), once payment is reflected. The standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. During periods of heightened demand, delivery times may extend to 10-15 business days.
