How many colours of scrubs do you have in stock?
We have 12 colours! Visit the Men’s Pants and Tops, Ladies Pants and Tops or Modest Range sections to see all available options.
How do I place an order?
Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, proceed to your cart and check out. Ensure all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.
What does "Temporarily Unavailable" mean?
This status means the item is out of stock. You can still order this item by emailing us at info@scrublab.co.za or reach out to us via WhatsApp at 082 309 6908
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayFast for all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, VISA, and Instant EFT.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, contact us via phone or email within 24 hours. If the order has already been dispatched/packed, cancellation won’t be possible, but you can return unwanted items.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your order has been received. Orders will be shipped once payment is approved and billing and delivery addresses are verified.
What material are the scrub sets made of?
Crafted with our exclusive LABx™ fabric, which offers unparalleled four-way stretch, exceptional moisture-wicking capabilities, wrinkle-resistant properties, and an incredibly soft feel.
SilvaLab™ antimicrobial technology offers protection against unpleasant odours, by hindering the proliferation of odour-causing microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, and algae. This technology also contributes to preserving the lifespan and durability of the product, by preventing damage caused by these microorganisms. It’s made from:
• 72% Polyester
• 21% Rayon
• 7% Spandex
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, based on South African Standard Time (UTC +2 hours).
What is the delivery timeframe for South African orders?
The standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. During periods of heightened demand, delivery times may extend to 10-15 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Check and track your delivery status with our local logistics partner.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is R90 nationwide for South African deliveries via Standard courier. For Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland there is a courier fee of R1,100. For other international deliveries, the charges are calculated based on your address.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot redirect orders once confirmed. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
Contact our Customer Care Team at info@scrublab.co.za if you receive an incomplete or incorrect order. We will address the issue as soon as possible.
Can I exchange items for a different size or colour?
We do not provide exchanges for size or colour. However, we accept returns for products purchased from us. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.
What if I haven’t received my parcel after 15 working days?
Contact our Customer Care Team at info@scrublab.co.za if your parcel hasn’t arrived after 15 working days. We will assist you accordingly.
Are there additional charges for redelivery?
There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. Charges apply from the third attempt onwards.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
